Reflections of the Saints

Jesus' Immaculate Heart - saints have reflected on Christ's life and example for centuries - we should too!

Reflections of the Saints

Since the time of Christ on earth, there have been many saints who have recorded their thoughts and inspirations. These are often still available for us today, and the study of the reflections of these souls can aid us in our own path to sanctity and heaven. To those new to Catholic spirituality, these should not be considered as being on par with Scripture. Yet, just as we have spiritual writers that are popular today, many of whom are widely read, the saints were in many cases the great spiritual writers of yesteryear. The insights they contain can often be humbling, as well as inspiring, when we see the great the faith of these men and women!

The saints can teach us so much about loving the Lord and living the Christian life. The Holy Family is an example of saintly living.

Richard Sojka, has kindly shared with us many such messages of the saints, often providing translations into other languages! We want to thank Richard, and hope you'll encourage him with some e-mail to provide more such articles here!

The titles of these reflections, and the names of the saint who originally recorded them are found below. It is beneficial to clear your mind of the day's distractions, and ponder the meaning of these messages. As always, if you have questions or comments, please, Contact Us!
