Today's Scriptural Meditation Readings:

Scripture from today's Liturgy of the Word:
Psalm 27:1, 4, 13-14
A reflection on today's Scripture:
We have been taught that faith is a gift from God, a gift to treasure, nourish and pass on to others.
Today, in the Gospel of St. Matthew, we hear Christ questioning the two blind men, "Do you believe that I can do this to you?" (Matthew 9:28) It is a powerful question, one that could be asked of each of us. Do we believe that Christ can make powerful changes in our lives? If not, who are we relying on to make these changes?
Christ then touched the eyes of the blind men and said "According to your faith, be it done unto you." (Matthew 9:29) What would happen to us if Christ said to us, "According to your faith be it done unto you"?
How deep is your faith?
